Payment options available can vary depending on the services you are using. We strive to accommodate the preferences of our customers and make it easier for you to pay for your requested services.

Coordination:

At Empress, we do not offer Large Event Coordination. However, having a coordinator to deal with the stress of making sure everything flows smoothly can relieve so much stress when planning your special day.

Do you have a Wedding Planner and/or Wedding Coordinator? We highly recommend Heidi Edwards! Contact her today to reserve a time to discuss the details!

Information we will need from you:

During your 30-minute consultation, we will discuss a lot of event details. Some information that you can have readily available during your consultation includes:

- Size of Event (number of people in attendance)
- How many spaces will need decor (Example: Front of the church,  Aisle Decor,  Entryway decor, etc)
- Type of decor you're passionate about (You can also email any inspiration photos to your personal Empress Consultant for review)
- Location of Event (we will need to calculate travel costs)
- Point of Contact infor
mation for the Event Venue (Name and Phone Number preferred)

PARTY/PRIVATE EVENT 

Included in the price:

- Consultation to discuss event details

- Full Party Decor (Theme/color specific)

- Decorative Services with access to our entire inventory selection

- Party Clean-up 

- One Photo Prop - if desired 

- Balloon Arch available for an additional cost

- Size of Event (number of people in attendance)

- How many spaces will need decor

- Location of Event (we will need a physical address to calculate travel costs)

- Point of Contact information for the Event Venue if the party will be held outside of your home (Name and Phone Number preferred)
